Karen is a Chartered HR professional & Business Consultant based in Cheshire. Karen specialises in Strategic Resourcing and Employee Engagement. With 30 years’ experience of working in the UK and internationally in Oman, Dubai, Australia, Spain & Mauritius – partnering organisations to deliver effective business change & transformational programmes of work.
Karen’s early career was spent in the private sector, in particularly Financial Services for Barclays International Funds, Citibank N.A and Co-operative Financial Services. Before transitioning into interim consulting as an associate in the IT, Healthcare, Telecom’s Travel & Retail sectors. Karen also supported changes to the TOM in the public sector (NHS – Liverpool & Manchester and The Government of Jersey).

Emma is a Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher based in the East Midlands. Emma works with various corporate organisations to train staff on wellbeing and mindfulness including Financial Services (Capital One, Experian & Nottingham Building Society), Wiggin (law firm), Fulcrum (energy sector), British Geological Survey, Nottinghamshire Police plus many others.
Emma’s early career was spent in HR Employee Relations in Financial Services. Emma continues to use this experience to support employers manage relationship breakdowns often linked to mental health conditions. Emma regularly holds therapy sessions with both private and corporate referral individual clients to treat a variety of mental health conditions. Emma also runs regular sessions for Nottingham MS Society and Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation charities
Emma’s passion is to help people feel better, calmer, live in the present moment and get the most out of life. Emma has experience helping people with chronic conditions lives with Multiple Sclerosis herself, so enjoys teaching others the techniques that have dramatically enhanced her own life.
